Ciaran is an experienced educator who joins Nexus from Jakarta, Indonesia, where he worked for six years. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Ciaran has also worked in Brazil, Estonia, and the United Kingdom.

Ciaran is passionate about integrating technology and programming into MYP Design. He places great emphasis on developing a welcoming, structured and safe classroom environment while promoting the capacity to relate and collaborate with peers from diverse backgrounds in his learners.

Ciaran enjoys introducing learners to coding and electronics and spends inordinate amounts of time developing tutorials on Arduino and Micro:bits for his youtube channel. Ciaran’s other interests include jogging, football, and learning languages.
